SALT LAKE CITY and TORONTO, December 15, 2014 (PRNewswire/-) Eastgate Biotech Corp., formerly EastGate Acquisitions Corporation (OTCBB: ESAQ), an emerging pharmaceutical company exploring drug delivery innovations for the development of novel formulations and alternative dosage forms of existing biologically active molecules, announced today that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) approved the company’s change of corporate name to Eastgate Biotech Corp. from Eastgate Acquisitions Corporation . The Company’s new trading symbol “ETBI” is now effective.
